As aPop-Up & Kiosk Sales Staff Member, you will represent our clients and brands at pop-up locations, kiosks, and customer-facing promotional environments throughout the Cincinnati area.

You will engage directly with customers, introduce products and services, answer questions, identify customer needs, and help create a positive and memorable experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, professional, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner

• Present and explain products, services, and promotional offers

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Deliver an excellent customer experience from the first interaction through completion

• Assist with sales and customer acquisition goals

• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming kiosk or pop-up environment

• Develop strong product and brand knowledge

• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership

• Track customer interactions and sales activity when required

• Represent Elevare Branding and its clients with professionalism and integrity

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
