Position Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Global IT/IS Team. As a globalWorkplace Specialist working with global computerized systems, you will have an operational focus when being involved in many parts of our business and need to navigate in an environment that has a high tempo and is changeable to be able to meet the high demands.

We are looking for a strongWorkplace Specialist to providesecond-level technical support for ourPolypeptide Client PC environment, covering bothenterprise and manufacturing computers and related equipment. This role may also include support for workplace services such asprinting, telephony, and conference room equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd level technical support for PC hardware and software in enterprise and manufacturing environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Support workplace services including printers, telephony systems, and conference room AV equipment. Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. Collaborate with 1 level support teams for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously work to transfer knowledge to our OPC.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years administering & supportingMicrosoft Intune
• 5+ years administering & supportingMicrosoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Confident inall aspects of Intune & SCCM, including deployment, compliance, troubleshooting, andapplication packaging & deployment
• StrongPowerShell scripting skills for automation, compliance, and reporting
• Solid experience withOperating System Deployment (OSD) using SCCM/MDT
• Strong grasp ofenterprise device management, certificate-based authentication, and automation

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and remote support tools.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with workplace services (print, telephony, AV equipment).
