PMO Specialist

We're a global consulting firm supporting a client in the Payment industry. We are looking for The Central PMO Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating overall projects execution & achievement &, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the Payments landscape, and excellent organizational & communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with business goals.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including acquiring banks, payment networks, and merchants.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks to ensure project success

Performance Monitoring:

• Track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Implement best practices for project management and acquiring processes

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the PMO and acquiring projects.
• Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
