Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience inProject/Program Management, preferably in Airline/Aviation.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification mandatory.
- Strong experience managing projects usingAgile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
- Hands-on experience inend-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and business release.
- StrongVendor & SaaS Management experience, including RFP, contract, implementation and vendor relationship management.
- Proven experience managinginternal business teams, IT teams, SaaS OEMs and third-party implementation partners/SIs.
- Strongstakeholder and executive/C-suite communication skills.
- Experience withbudgeting, forecasting, business cases, ROI, CAPEX/OPEX and financial governance.
- Strongquality, testing, UAT, system readiness, release and project governance experience.
- Prior technical experience withSDLC, preferably with an earlier Software Engineering/Development background.
- Strong experience inPMO governance, RAID management, risk/issue mitigation and project reporting.
- Ability to prepareweekly status reports, project dashboards and Steering Committee presentations.
- Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
