PMO – Mobility Service World

Job Title: PMO – Mobility Service World (IT Project)

Location: Hybrid – Munich, Germany

Duration-11 months

Workload: 30 hours per week

Project Overview:

For theMobility Service World program, we are looking for an experiencedPMO to support a newly set-up project team in 2026. The program integrates multiple mobility services into a central digital platform and is delivered using a hybrid project approach (largely Scrum-based). The PMO will be part of the core project team and play a key role in establishing structures, governance, and smooth cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

· Planning, coordination, and facilitation of project and team meetings

· Operational implementation of project governance

· Creation, maintenance, and management of project documentation (agendas, minutes, status reports, roadmaps)

· Support in building and updating project plans

· Organization and follow-up of workshops and reviews

· Preparation of reports and dashboards

· Support and maintenance of projects in Dash Pro / IT PEX

· Scrum coordination across multiple development teams (Daily, Review, Retro)

· Tracking of actions, follow-ups, and deadlines across workstreams

· Coordination between Product Owners, development teams, and project leadership

· Identification of risks, delays, and bottlenecks with timely escalation

Required Skills & Experience:

· Proven experience in a PMO role, ideally within IT or digital projects

· Basic to solid knowledge of agile methods (Scrum / Kanban)

· Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

· Structured, proactive, and independent working style

· Experience supporting program or project leads with documentation and reporting

· Fluent German is mandatory
