Job Description
Bilingual PMO
[Project Details]: S/4 Hana Rollout Project for semiconductor business
[Technology and Sub-technology] PMO Should be JLPT N2/N3 and have PM related Certification. Should have experience of working in SAP Projects.
[Base Location]: Bangalore [Type]: Hybrid (2 days/ week from Bangalore office)
[Qualifications] Any PG/UG from reputed universities Should be JLPT N2 certified
Project management experience is required
[Job Overview]: This is for Bilingual PMO role having 6 to 10 years of Relevant Experience. Should have minimum of 5 yrs of experience as PMO.
Overall experience should be 8+. Should have done PMO role for SAP implementation/rollout projects
Should have prior experience of working in PMO roles for Japan region.
[Primary Skills]: Project management experience and N2 certified Knowledge /work experience in any one of SAP modules like SD/MM/Procurement/ PP/MDG/Costing
[Good to have Skills]: Prior experience in tools like Jira, Remedy is an added advantage.
Should incorporate best practices as per prior experience wherever possible
[Responsibilities and Duties]: Should be good in preparing reports in excel and working on presentations (M.S power point) Should have good communication skills.
Should be able to converse fluently in Japanese with onsite stakeholders and at same time provide interpretation and translation support when assigned.
Should be flexible at working in shifts (either 7:30 to 4:30 IST) and be willing to extend support when required. Should do on-boarding and off-boarding of people including asset allocation/de-allocation Should support SLA renewals and invoice submission if assigned Should Schedule meetings, Drive meetings, note down action items and follow up for closure. Should co-ordinate business travels, visa requests if any, client visits with support groups such as Admin, HR, IT INfra etc
Should ensure necessary data is prepared and reported as per instruction from PMO lead Should support PMO lead w.r.t project schedule, deliverables, reviews and key milestones
Should be willing to travel if required.
