About The Job:
- Seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead to drive AI adoption within the PMO through solution design, governance, process transformation, and capability building.
- Define the PMO AI strategy, governance framework, and roadmap.
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
- Lead 2 to 3 AI solutions from concept through pilot and implementation.
- Design solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, automation, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Establish testing, responsible AI, data, security, and integration standards.
- Develop reusable prompts, templates, playbooks, and solution patterns.
- Build PMO AI capabilities and mentor AI Champions.
- Define ownership, support models, and an 18 to 24-month transition roadmap
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, knowledge retrieval, and AI workflows.
- Experience with workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience moving AI solutions from concept to production.
- Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and process-transformation skills.
- Ability to coach technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- PMO experience, AI product management, enterprise knowledge management, Microsoft AI technologies, OpenAI/Codex, and experience in governed enterprise environments.
