Position Summary

As a Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents have clean, fresh linens and personal clothing. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help create a comfortable and welcoming environment for those in our care.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry and facility linens
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry department
• Label and properly handle resident clothing and personal items
• Report equipment issues or supply needs to management
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff

Qualifications

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Schedule

• Full-Time
• PM Shift
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
