Introduction

This position will initially work as a project manager for a few months to cover a resource gap in the PM team, then transition into a Business Analyst (BA) role. The role requires experience in managing timelines, assessing risks, coordinating teams to address dependencies, and handling status reporting and escalation for medium to large projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in project management and business analysis.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and assess project risks.
• Strong coordination skills to manage team dependencies.
• Proficiency in status reporting and escalation processes.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with merchant services or financial industries.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and deliverables as a project manager.
• Transition to a BA role to support business analysis tasks.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure project dependencies are addressed..
