Baxter is seeking aManufacturing IT Business Partner to support ourPluvigner Manufacturing Plant.

This role sits at the intersection ofmanufacturing operations and digital technology, with a direct impact on the performance, reliability, and compliance of a highly complex and business‑critical production site serving patients worldwide.

Your Role

As the Manufacturing IT Business Partner for thePluvigner plant, you act as theprimary IT partner for site leadership, ensuring that manufacturing technology needs are clearly understood, strategically prioritized, and effectively delivered.

You will work closely with plant management, supply chain functions, and global IT teams to define and execute aplant‑level manufacturing IT strategy, aligned with Baxter’s global standards while addressing the specific demands of a large‑scale, high‑volume, regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business & IT Partnership
  • Serve as the main IT interface for thePluvigner Manufacturing Plant, a flagship site within Baxter’s global manufacturing network.
  • Translate global and regional manufacturing strategies into aclear technology roadmap for the site.
  • Understand key financial, operational, and performance drivers and ensure IT initiatives support these objectives.
  • Advocate for value‑driven digital solutions that enhancesafety, quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Manufacturing Technology Strategy & Delivery
  • Define, own, and continuously evolve themanufacturing IT strategy and roadmap for the Pluvigner plant.
  • Balanceglobal IT standardization with local manufacturing needs in a complex production environment.
  • Partner with IT delivery teams to prioritize initiatives, manage scope, and ensure reliable execution.
  • Actively promote the “art of the possible” by identifying how digital technologies can unlock manufacturing value.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Support operational teams by applying structured analysis and problem‑solving to critical technology and process issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused onquality, safety, productivity, and compliance.
  • Participate in audits and ensure IT solutions fully supportGxP requirements.
  • Drive improvements through performance reviews, Gemba observations, and action follow‑up.
• Leadership & Collaboration
  • Be an active member of both themanufacturing leadership community and IT manufacturing network.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor on manufacturing‑related digital solutions.
  • Foster strong collaboration across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT teams.
  • Build strong relationships across the plant while maintaining alignment with global IT stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree inIT, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum7 years of technical experience, including5+ years in IT business partnership roles in manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience in aregulated (GxP) manufacturing environment preferred.
• Skills & Competencies
  • Solid understanding of large‑scale manufacturing operations and supporting digital ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective, scalable IT solutions.
  • Experience working incross‑functional and multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and root‑cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Languages
  • French: Excellent proficiency (required)
  • English: Professional working proficiency (intermediate level at minimum)
