What You’ll Do

As our Plumbing Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping both our team and our results. Your focus will include:

Drivingsales growth and profit margins to meet and exceed targets
Coaching technicians to improvesales skills, product knowledge, and customer service
Conductingride-alongs to mentor and develop team members in real time
Managing day-to-day operations, ensuringefficient and effective team performance
Supporting technicians withon-site challenges and problem-solving
Delivering ongoingtraining and development programs
Fostering apositive, motivating, and accountable work culture
Collaborating closely with leadership to maintainclear communication and operational alignment

What Makes You a Great Fit

5+ years of experience in theplumbing industry
Proven experience inmanagement and sales leadership
Strongcommunication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Highlymotivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Passion for helping othersgrow and succeed
Experience withServiceTitan (preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
