Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedOracle PL/SQL Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting database solutions using Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, database objects, performance tuning, and complex SQL programming. The role requires working closely with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical designs and database solutions.
• Develop, enhance, test, and deploy Oracle PL/SQL components as per project timelines.
• Design and develop database objects including:
  • Packages
  • Procedures
  • Functions
  • Triggers
  • Materialized Views (MViews)
  • Database Links (DB Links)
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Implement exception handling, debugging, and error-logging mechanisms.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.

Required Skills

• Strong technical expertise inOracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and database objects.

• Good understanding of advanced PL/SQL concepts:

• Experience in exception handling and debugging PL/SQL code.
• Proficiency withOracle SQL Developer and/orTOAD.
• Ability to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Experience in deployment, testing, and maintenance of database applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
