Immigration Head (Investment Immigration)

Horizons is representing our client - a Real Estate Company from Dubai, to seeking an Immigration Head with expertise inInvestment Immigration Sales in China.

Our client is a leading firm in international real estate investment and immigration services since 1993.  We continue to collaborate with the Savills network in 70 countries while also managing our own regional offices in Dubai, Istanbul, Moscow, Shanghai, Phuket, and Bali. With over 150 team members globally, we are committed to expanding our presence worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

• Full leadership of the department handling investment and immigration schemes, with particular emphasis on Caribbean investment citizenships, Canada Start-up visa and European - investment opportunities.

• Development and adaptation of products for Chinese market, including Chinese speaking clients in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore

• Management and development of a team consisting of no less than 3 individuals, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position in the field of investment immigration programs.

• Deep understanding and experience with products related to investment citizenship and investments in Europe.

• Knowledge of the specific of Chinese market.

• Ability to adapt and develop products according to the needs of local market.

• Proven experience in sales, including managing the sales funnel and developing effective promotion strategies.
