About The Client:
Client is a pioneering Software Engineering and IT consultancy company, transforming and executing at the intersection of Domain and Technology to create digital leaders for our people, clients, partners, and communities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, and maintain UI and API automation tests using Playwright + TypeScript
- Implement Page Object Model (POM) and reusable automation components
- Perform cross-browser testing (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit)
- Automate regression, smoke, and sanity test suites
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
- Execute tests in headless and headed modes
- Analyze test results and generate Playwright HTML reports
- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA / Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with developers and product teams during sprint cycles
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and review meetings
- 5+ years of experience in QA Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript
- Experience in UI and API automation testing
- Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC)
- Experience with Git and version control
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Good analytical and communication skills
