Experience Required: 6-8 years
Develop and maintain advanced test automation scripts using MABL/Selenium/Playwright for web applications, ensuring coverage for all critical functionalities.
Create reusable components and libraries within the MABL/Selenium/Playwright framework to optimize and scale test automation efforts.
Conduct cross-browser testing using MABL/Selenium/Playwright to ensure compatibility across various browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Knowledge of AI Copilot and Codex
Leverage MABL/Selenium/Playwright capabilities to test applications in multiple QA environments.
Debug and resolve test failures by analyzing logs, screenshots, and video recordings generated by MABL/Playwright.
Mentor team members on MABL/Selenium/Playwright best practices, including selectors, test stability, and troubleshooting.
Document automation processes, including framework structure, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test cases suitable for automation.
Develop and execute API test cases using Postman and Rest Assured to validate backend services.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid feedback on application quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test automation scripts and frameworks.
Provide detailed test reports, metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align automation efforts with project requirements
Proven experience with MABL/Selenium/Playwright as the primary tool for end-to-end test automation.
Proficiency in Postman for API testing, including collection creation, scripting, and environment management.
Hands-on experience with Rest Assured for automating API validations in Java.
Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and AI-assisted software development practices.
Demonstrated experience leveraging Generative AI technologies (such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex, or equivalent) to enhance software quality engineering, automate repetitive tasks, accelerate test development, improve defect analysis, generate documentation, and solve complex testing challenges while adhering to enterprise security and compliance standards.
Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or equivalent.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
