What You'll Do:
- Support the electroforming process to create nickel stampers used in record pressing
- Handle delicate lacquer masters and metal parts with extreme care
- Operate and maintain plating equipment following all safety protocols
- Monitor chemical bath levels and temperatures to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Inspect parts for defects and meet strict quality control standards
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
- Record process and production data accurately
- Work closely with Pressing and Shipping teams to keep production running smoothly
- Participate in training and hands-on learning opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in vinyl plating is required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in industrial, plating, or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift
- Comfortable working with chemicals and in a high-heat, high-humidity environment
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
Schedule & Requirements:
- Full-time, on-site position in Denver, CO
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (occasional overtime or weekends as needed)
- Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance
