We are looking for a Platform Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations of digital platforms, ensure smooth system performance, and assist teams in delivering reliable services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor platform activities and system dashboards

• Perform basic functional and data checks

• Identify, log, and track issues to closure

• Coordinate with technical and support teams

• Maintain operational reports and documentation

• Support deployments and post-release validations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Freshers and career returnees are welcome

Skills Required

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
