Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedPlatform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise inGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) andTerraform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud platforms and infrastructure.
The candidate should have strong experience withGCP infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, cloud networking, security, automation, and platform engineering. This role requires someone who can work closely with architecture and engineering teams to build reliable, secure, and highly scalable cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalableGCP cloud infrastructure and platform services.

Develop and maintain infrastructure usingTerraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices.

Build and manage GCP services includingGKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.

Develop reusable Terraform modules and establish infrastructure standards.

ManageGCP networking, including VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, load balancers, VPNs, and private connectivity.

Implement cloud security,IAM, service accounts, policies, and secrets management.

Support and manageKubernetes/GKE environments.

Automate provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational processes.

Build and maintainCI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.

Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and platform observability.

Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and performance issues.

Collaborate with software engineers, architects, security, and data teams.

Establish best practices around cloud governance, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Cloud/Platform/Infrastructure Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience withGCP.

Strong hands-on experience withTerraform.

Experience withGKE / Kubernetes.

Strong understanding ofGCP networking and IAM.

Experience developing reusableTerraform modules.

Strong understanding ofInfrastructure as Code (IaC).

Experience with CI/CD tools such asJenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Cloud Build.

Experience withDocker and containerized applications.

Strong scripting/programming skills inPython, Bash, or similar.

Experience with Git and source-control practices.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
