Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Implementation

• Lead the architecture, deployment, configuration, and optimization of enterpriseprivileged access and security management solutions such asCyberArk andBeyondTrust.
• Design and implement capabilities includingpassword vaulting, endpoint privilege management, session monitoring/recording, and automated credential rotation.
• Ensure secure onboarding and lifecycle management ofprivileged accounts across enterprise environments.

Policy & Governance

• Develop and enforceprivileged access policies, governance workflows, and access request processes aligned with organizational security standards.
• Implementleast-privilege access models and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks such asPCI DSS and internal security policies.
• Conduct periodicaccess reviews and privilege audits to ensure governance compliance.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate security platforms with enterprise tools includingServiceNow (ITSM), Splunk (SIEM), Active Directory/LDAP, and vulnerability management tools.
• Design and implementautomation workflows for privileged account onboarding, password rotation, and compliance auditing.
• Support enterprise security architecture by aligning integrations with broadercybersecurity initiatives.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provideadvanced technical support for privileged access infrastructure, resolving incidents related to account management, performance issues, and system integrations.
• Monitor security logs and events to identify anomalies and improve the overallsecurity posture.
• Optimize platform performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and tuning.

Documentation & Training

• Develop and maintaintechnical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Delivertraining and awareness sessions for internal teams and stakeholders onprivileged access management and security best practices.
