Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the architecture and design of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create technical solutions that align with business needs, while ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in ECM architecture and design
• Strong understanding of document management, workflow automation, and content migration
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience with platforms like OpenText, SAP, and Microsoft 365

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise architecture alignment
• Familiarity with emerging ECM technologies
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of ECM solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and enterprise architects
• Define and maintain architecture artifacts and roadmaps
• Ensure seamless integration of content services across various platforms
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to ECM capabilities
