Customer Services Representative

Trench Plate Rental Company, is a growing multi state construction, equipment rental, traffic control Service Company. With 35 years of success behind us, we are a profitable and financially stable company that has experienced consistent growth.

We are currently looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative on a Full time Basis. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for most sales orders, quoting parts and processing sales orders. Ensuring that accurate and timely processing of sales orders, providing customers with order status and answering customer inquiries. This position will be working closely with the management and sales representatives.

Excellent computer skills proficient in Microsoft Office products be able to type with minimal errors,

10 key, and alpha numeric. 2 ½ years solid customer service skills required and data entry skills.

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Bi-lingual is a plus.

Must be able to prioritize and multi task, be able to work in a fast paced environment

Must have excellent knowledge of the Las Vegas NV. Area and be able to provide accurate information to customers.
