Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivatedPlastic Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor injection molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic components while maintaining production standards and workplace safety.

The position pays $18.00 per hour. Shift assignment is still being determined, with potential openings on morning, swing, or overnight shifts. Flexibility with shift placement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines during production.
• Inspect finished plastic parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove, handle, and package completed plastic components.
• Monitor production processes and report equipment issues or product defects.
• Perform basic quality checks and maintain accurate production records as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet production goals while maintaining consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Plastic injection molding experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work a morning, swing, or overnight shift, depending on business needs.
