The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for coordinating, planning, and supporting business processes and operational activities across multiple stakeholder groups. This role works closely with leadership, maintenance planners(Peers), operations teams, engineers, project managers, and support organizations to develop, improve, and maintain processes that drive operational efficiency and support business objectives in SAP. The Planner/Scheduler assists with project coordination, process documentation, workflow development, system integration initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. They analyze data(SAP/Reports/Power Bi's), identify process gaps, and provide recommendations to enhance business performance and user adoption. This role operates SAP Entry, dashboards, presentations, and training materials to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, operational impacts, and key business metrics.
Success in this position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Power BI, planning and scheduling activities, or business process improvement initiatives is highly preferred. A bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Energy, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the oil and gas industry or operations support environment is preferred.
