The Role

As a Pizza Chef, you’ll prepare and cook pizzas to Basta standards while keeping quality, consistency and speed at the centre of every service. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team in a high-volume environment where guests can see the passion and skill behind every dish.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing, stretching, topping and baking pizzas according to our recipes and standards.

• Delivering consistent quality and speed during busy services.

• Completing daily preparation and keeping your section organised and ready.

• Handling ingredients correctly, following allergen procedures and reducing waste.

• Maintaining excellent hygiene, food-safety and cleanliness standards.

• Communicating clearly and supporting the wider kitchen team throughout service.

You'll thrive in this role if you

• Has experience working with pizza, dough or in a busy professional kitchen.

• Can stay focused and consistent during high-volume service.

• Is reliable, organised and willing to learn.

• Takes feedback positively and applies it quickly.

• Works well with others and communicates calmly under pressure.
