Job Description

The position is based in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This sales leadership opportunity offers the chance to manage and grow an already successful team that includes a National Top 50 Financial Advisers and two Regional Top 25 Financial Advisers.

The successful incumbent will have to ensure the team’s profitability by managing results, resources and risks within the framework of the business plan for the area. This role also contributes to the overall management/leadership of the geographical area by serving as a member of the MANCO.

DevelopmentandImplementationofaLocalMarketingPlan

QualificationsandExperiencerequired:

Matricor equivalent
Must be FAIS compliant with a certificate in Financial Planning or anequivalentqualificationwith120relevantcreditsataminimum NQF level 5.
MusthavepassedRE5level1.
PreviousexperienceasaSalesManagerispreferable.
BeaccreditedonallproductsthatPFAdistributesaswellasaccreditation on other optional products.
Preferably24month’sserviceasaFinancialAdvisor.
Havestrongadministrativecapabilities.
Shouldbecomfortableinapplyingthesalesprocess.
Shouldbeabletoapplythesixstepfinancialprocess
