Job Description
Responsible for providing second level (escalation) support in evaluating current and new product information to ensure it is complete, accurate and updated on a timely basis while maintaining data consistency across product lines and all business-critical data requirements.Job Qualifications
Three years of experience in planning, executing, applying data standards and strong understanding of systematic flow of product information. PIM system experience is strongly preferred.Or

- QUERY TOOLS (TOAD, SQL) - Required
- Intermediate level knowledge of product data and taxonomy.
Major Duties
Creates and edits product information data tables to ensure data integrity. Researches and resolves complex escalated PIM issues. Performs bulk updates to product information management (PIM) system.Reviews current product data issues to identify root causes; recommends and develops improvements to processes that impact product data information inception and maintenance.
Assists in the research and planning of processes to support existing foundational data. Provides subject matter expertise on product data information processes.
Assists in the development of training material and tips on PIM systems; provides training to system users. Conducts QA testing to ensure integrity of data fixes and enhancements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
