Pilates Instructor

We are currently accepting applications for Pilates instructors at Harlem Pilates. Our instructors lead Pilates reformer classes, providing expert guidance in a supportive and empowering environment, helping clients improve their overall well-being.

As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in fostering this supportive and empowering atmosphere and helping our clients become the best versions of themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
• Lead Pilates reformer classes for clients of all levels
• Provide personalized instruction and guidance to ensure proper form and technique
• Stay current on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve teaching methods
• Maintaining the studio's appearance after each shift

Requirements:

• Certified Pilates Instructor with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
• Passion for community, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and modify exercises to accommodate different clients
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
