Position Summary

As aPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services that help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Providedirect patient care in accordance with established therapy plans
• Assist residents with exercises to improvemobility, strength, and function
• Monitor progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate and timelyclinical documentation
• Support a positive, safe, and organized therapy environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accreditedPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Active, unencumberedPTA license in South Carolina (required)
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board
• Experience in askilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity withPointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for improving resident quality of life
