Always Compassionate Health is seeking dedicated, patient-focused Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve greater independence. Join our team and make a meaningful difference through compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility rehabilitation.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Physical Therapist license required.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
