Team Intro

The Global Physical Security team oversees the governance of security initiatives worldwide. We lead the design and implementation of global strategic objectives, standardise tools, processes and procedures, manage project documentation, and act as a key connector between verticals such as Security Operations, Strategy, Fire Safety, and others.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Physical Security Investigations Manager to join our Global Physical Security team in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). This opportunity is open to professionals at different stages of their careers, from those looking to build on their foundational investigative experience to seasoned specialists with extensive experience managing complex investigations.

We are particularly interested in individuals who are curious, analytical and adaptable, with sound judgement and the ability to navigate sensitive or ambiguous situations. The scope and level of responsibility will be tailored to the successful candidate's experience and capabilities.

  • Conduct and support physical security investigations involving personnel, assets, vendors and security incidents, including fact-finding, evidence gathering, interviews, documentation and reporting.
  • Assess security incidents and concerns, identify potential risks, recommend appropriate actions and escalate matters when necessary.
  • Support incident response activities, including urgent or sensitive cases requiring effective coordination, sound judgement and discretion.
  • Participate in or lead physical security red team testing, security exercises and control assessments across different locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, HR, Ethics, Workplace, Facilities, IT, Risk Control and business leadership, to support investigations and strengthen security practices.
  • Prepare and maintain investigation plans, case records, testing scenarios, reports, corrective action plans and lessons-learned documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Identify security vulnerabilities, recurring incident patterns and control gaps, and contribute to practical improvements in physical security processes and capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in physical security, investigations, corporate security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, risk management, internal audit or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information objectively, identify inconsistencies and reach evidence-based conclusions.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive, ambiguous or high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to document findings clearly and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities and recognise when escalation or additional guidance is required.
  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time and work flexibly when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate investigations, law enforcement, government security, intelligence or physical security operations.
  • Experience conducting or supporting investigative interviews, evidence handling, open-source research, case management or incident reporting.
  • Familiarity with physical security controls, including access control, surveillance systems, guarding operations and facility security.
  • Exposure to physical security red team testing, vulnerability assessments, security exercises or related activities.
  • Experience working in a multinational organisation, technology company or complex operational environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on sensitive investigations or security incidents.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as CPP, PSP, PCI, CFE, ACPIP, ACI or equivalent, are advantageous.
