The Role
The Account Coordinator will be part of the Enterprise Accounts team and a key resource supporting internal leaders. This role will work closely with the leadership team and coordinate work effort internally, as well as with Clients to achieve overall compliance and delivery excellence. Instrumental in ensuring critical activities remain on track according to timelines, scope, deliverables, processes, etc.
Responsibilities
Proactively manage and maintain calendars, contacts, internal systems and needs of account executiveleadership.
Schedule, coordinate and arrange meetings, including technology or physical space, between executive leadership, clients and team members.
Oversee design, preparation and organization of presentations forreview.
Administer the defined governance processes and collaborate with team members to develop governance presentations.
Coordinate compliance initiatives and deliveryactivities.
Facilitate the creation, development, and distribution of presentations for governance, key initiatives, and other critical activities and projects.
Maintain consistency amongst teams and messaging per leadership’sdirection.
Proofread documents and draft communications to support internal and externalteams.
Provide coordination activities and assist with projects for internal and externalteams.
Interface and communicate with internal and external teams andmanagement.
Plan and schedule internal and externalmeetings.
Scribe meeting notes and publishaccordingly.
Develop and administersurveys.
Execute project tasks and track activities, milestones, anddeliverables.
Recommend and drive the analysis and solution ofproblems.
Advise leaders on key business decisions and major issues based on projectactivities.
Collaborate with internal team members to develop plans to support internal business process improvement, organizational change, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or related field. Experience will be considered in lieu ofdegree.
7-10 years of coordination or administrativeexperience.
Strong written skills documenting meeting minutes, communication messages, executive summariesetc.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain composure in stressfulsituations
Ability to work independently as well as within a teamenvironment.
Ability to maintain a high level ofconfidentiality.
Basic knowledge of financialconcepts.
Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage competing priorities while meeting expectedtimelines.
Strong working skills and collaboration across internal and externalteams.
Experience managing action items, risks, andissues.
Ability to communicate to and influence leadership based onrecommendations.
Proven experience developing executive presentations while collaborating with other subject matterexperts.
Excellent communication skills (English verbal andwritten).
Strong MS Office/O365 skills andexperience.
Advanced knowledge and experience in PowerPoint, developing executive levelpresentations.
Healthcare experience aplus.
Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may berequired.
Ability to travel up to25%.
