TheEntity Program Coordinator - SME will oversee the establishment, maintenance, and termination of customer processes in accordance with government regulations.
The ideal candidate will support business operations through process improvement initiatives, documentation management, customer training, and effective communication while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
The Entity Program Coordinator - SME shall possess the following capabilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for specialized customer requests and manage end-to-end administrative support activities.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
Provide guidance and instruction to customers on specialized administrative processes, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Support the development and delivery of customer training on work unit processes, procedures, and policies.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years of experience with customer programs and familiarity with Sponsor regulations
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
