Trilogy® Centerra
Trilogy® Centerra, the first 55+ community from Trilogy® by Shea Homes® in Colorado, located within the award-winning Kinston neighborhood of the innovative Centerra master plan (Loveland Area). This community is planned to feature ~543 homesites, blending modern living with nature’s beauty. The community is planning to offer exciting amenities in an innovative club that perfectly blends a sophisticated lifestyle with a seriously laid-back vibe. The distinctive lifestyle includes a bustling casual restaurant with full bar, plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to socialize and connect with neighbors, a resort-style pool, and dedicated fitness with strength and cardio, tons of classes and wellness and recovery opportunities, slated to open late summer/early fall 2027.

Pay: $90,000-$95,000 annual + Bonus Eligible

Benefits:
New management full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week, will be eligible for the Company medical, dental and life insurance plans the first of the month following the first day of full-time employment.
Full-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (“PTO”) in accordance with the Company policy at a rate of 120 hours per year.
Full-Time team members are eligible for 7 paid holidays annually.
All team members 21 years and older are eligible to participate in the J.F. Shea Co., Inc. 401(k) plan after completion of 30 days of service.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Hospitality Director works in conjunction with the VP of Operations and/or Area General Manager and is directlyresponsiblefortheoverallsmoothoperationoftheclub.Thispositionreportsto the National Lifestyle Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CommunicatethecorevaluesandmissionofBlueStarResort&Golftosupportthe achievement of company goals.
- Createanoverall lifestyleprogramforClubmembersthatincludesactivities,events,enrichment opportunities, creative expressions opportunities, culinary arts, and travel.
- Ensurethataconsistentsetofsuperiorstandardsof customerservicemeetor exceed the expectations of Members and guests at all Club facilities and events.
- ProvidestrategicintelligencetopartnersandclientsregardingallClubinitiatives, including but not limited to, vision, branding, Lifestyle, Food & Beverage, and Operations.
- AssisttheVP or Area GM inestablishinggoalsandprocessesformeasuringsales, revenue, new projects, and business development for the Club.
- Supportthehiringprocess.
- Superviseteammembersandmaintaineffective communication related to Club operations, safety, and team member concerns.
- Assistwithbudgetplanningandmonitoringsupport toassurerevenuesand expensesareachievingandexceedingthedepartment’sfinancialsalesgoals.
- Setting up new vendors, processing of invoices and bi-weekly payroll processing and reporting.
- Manage the Member communication platform, this includes but is not limited to content creation and registration for events, fitness classes, news and more.
- Instrumental in the onboarding of new Members throughout the life of the community, including resales.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team in Central Services to provide on branded materials and menus.
- Implement, train and operate Point of Sales (POS) system.
- MonitortheClub’sperformancetodeterminewhetherstrategiesandplansrequire adjustment to positively impact revenues and cost controls.
- Reviewandapproveshort-andlong-termstrategiesandimplementationfortheFood& Beverage operation.
- ServeasManager onDuty.
- SpecificoversightoftheFood&Beverage,Clubhouse,Gate,InteriorFacilities Maintenance, Spa/Athletics Operations.
- Otherdutiesandresponsibilitiesmaybeassigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Graduationfroma4-yearaccreditedcollegeoruniversityorequivalentcombinationof work experience and education.
- Involvedinkeydevelopmentinitiativesdirectlyrelatingtotheclubhouseandrestaurant plants.Establish goals and processes for measuring sales, revenue, new projects and business development.
- Provide strategic intelligence to partners and clients regarding all F&B initiatives including, but not limited to, vision, business planning, capital expansion, branding, menu/restaurantandclubhousedesignandthecreativeandconceptualdevelopment of new F&B experiences.
- PreviousGeneralManagerexperience or5+yearsofseniorclubleadership experience.
- Onetothreeyears’eventplanning,budgeting,andsupervisoryexperiencepreferred.
- Previousknowledgeorexperienceworkinginahomeownerassociationpreferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry specifically Food & Beverage is required.
- Community engagement experience desired.
- Partnership cultivation and management desired.
- ClubManagersAssociationofAmerica(CMAA)certification(orsimilar)preferred.
- ComputerliteratewithahighlevelofproficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeandPCtechnology.
- ClubManagementSystemsoftware aplus.
- Abilitytowritereports,businesscorrespondence,andprocedure manuals.
- Abilitytospeakeffectivelybefore groupsofmembers,customers,orteammembers.
- Mustpossessbasiccomputationalabilityaswellasbudgetary analysis.
- Must have excellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills,withanabilitytorespondtotheneedsandrequestsofstaffmembers,guests,and the community association.
- Musthaveplanning,problem-solving,decision-making,delegation,timemanagement, supervisory and employee development skills.
- Mustdemonstrateinitiative,withanabilitytothink,work,solvepracticalproblems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment.
- Mustbecomfortableworkinginafast-pacedenvironmentwherecontinuous improvement is expected.
- Thispositionrequiresaflexibleschedule,toincludeeveningsandweekends,withsometravel.
- Valid driver's license is required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position generally operates in a professional indoor office environment, but also includes walksaroundthefacilitywithexposuretooutdoorconditions.Thereisroutineuseof standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
