Active Directory System Administrator

Sebenza LLC is a woman owned small business operating out of McLean, VA We currently have an immediate opening for a Sr. Systems Administrator to support our contract in Lanham, MD.

Specific job description:

As a member of the Active Directory and Identity and Access Management team, you will:

• Responsible to install, integrate and deploy Active Directory and Microsoft products in client environments.
• Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.
• Work with the Identity Access Management team to continue making enhancement to the Identity Access Management program.
• Work closely with development teams to perform User management, group management and Password management requests.
• Create and maintain Active Directory and Identify Access Management metrics.
• Document various system access for all Users to store in a centralized repository.
• Support efforts regarding audit findings, adherence to compliance and organizational change.
• Ability to create, and modify CONOPS, and Standard Operating Procedure documents.

Required skills:

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field and 2 to 4 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of prior relevant experience. Equivalent years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• 3+ years working with Identity and Access Management platforms. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment

·         Experience with Microsoft Active Directory

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with government staff, managers, and colleagues 
  
   

Desired skills:

o   Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Alternatives

o   Experience with on Prem and Cloud modernization 

o   Virtualization and Cloud implementation of new and legacy applications and services

o   Experience Installing and administering SailPoint

o   Experience administering Windows servers in a hyperconverged environment.

o   Ability to work with users’ and other technicians with varying IT backgrounds

o   Experience with Cloud modernization 

o   Experience in OKTA IAM a plus

o   Experience in Zscaler a plus.
