Pharmacy Coordinator

Summary:

• Location: 100% Remote – Candidates MUST live on the EST side of KY
• Duration: 11 weeks (Temporary contract ONLY)
• Shift: M-F 8-5 PM, NO OT

Responsibilities:

• Assist in closing quality care gaps related to pharmacy.
• Coordinate between members, providers, and pharmacies to increase medication adherence.
• Engage with members and pharmacies over the phone to coordinate medication fills.
• Utilize and manipulate spreadsheets to identify members to call and track progress.
• Review daily call lists and contact members based on medication adherence priority.
• Discuss medication adherence with reachable members and encourage medication fills.
• Document each call outcome, including member reachability and call success, on spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Pharmacy Technician licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Comfortable speaking to members and pharmacies about medications

• Strong communication skills
• Medication knowledge
• Experience in pharmacy
