About SMARTT Gym

At SMARTT Gym, we're building more than just a place to train. We're creating a supportive, driven community where people can improve their fitness, performance and confidence.

We're looking for passionate and motivated Personal Trainers to join our team, build their own client base and become an active part of the SMARTT Gym community.

The SMARTT PT Model

We're doing things differently from the traditional gym PT model.

There is no PT rent at SMARTT Gym, instead:

• We ask our Personal Trainers to contribute to the gym community by coaching 3 classes per week (Times and dates to be discussed)

• Personal Trainers must have ourSilver Smartt Gym Membership

• All PT Clients must own an active Smartt Gym Membership

This gives you the opportunity to build and grow your own personal training business within SMARTT Gym without the usual monthly rent associated with working from a gym.

What You Get

• No PT rent

• The freedom to build and manage your own PT client base and chose your schedule

• A professional training environment

• Access to the SMARTT Gym community

• Opportunities to build relationships with members and generate new PT leads

• The opportunity to coach group classes and develop your coaching skills

• A supportive environment where coaches work together

Qualifications & Requirements

To become a Personal Trainer at SMARTT Gym, you must:

• Hold a recognised Level 3 Personal Training qualification

• Hold a current First Aid qualification

• Hold a valid public liability insurance policy suitable for working as a Personal Trainer

• Be able to provide evidence of your qualifications and insurance

• Hold an active SMARTT Silver Membership

• Be willing and able to coach 3 SMARTT Gym classes per week

• Ensure all your personal training clients hold an active SMARTT Gym membership

We're particularly interested in coaches who want to build something of their own while still being part of a team.

Why SMARTT Gym?

Traditional gyms often charge Personal Trainers a monthly rent just for the privilege of training their clients.

At SMARTT Gym, we've taken a different approach.

No PT rent. No competing for floor space. No unnecessary barriers to building your business.

It's a model designed to benefit both the trainer and the gym community.

Interested?

If you're a qualified Personal Trainer looking for a place to build your business, develop as a coach and become part of a strong training community, we'd love to hear from you.
