Peripass is alogistics SaaS scale-up founded in 2016. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies(think of companies like Bridgestone, Alpro, and Saint-Gobain) to smoothly manage the complete flow of trucks rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site.

Want to join the adventure? As aProduct Manager, you will:

• Connect withcustomers throughfocus groups,interviews, andsite visits to understand their needs and challenges, and use this info to shapeproduct decisions.

• Work closely withdesigners to test and improvedesigns.

• Ensure our products areeasy to use and deliver the resultscustomers need.

• Analyzefeedback, runexperiments, and usedata to prioritize the most importantfeatures that supportbusiness goals andcustomer needs.

• Write cleardevelopment briefs and give feedback todevelopers to keep everything on track.

• Help manage theproduct release process, making sure everything runs smoothly fromtesting tolaunch and meetsquality standards.

• Provide internal teams (sales,customer success,implementation) withproduct knowledge,training, anddocumentation.

• Keepdevelopment workflows organized using tools likeJIRA.

• Assist with toughcustomer issues by providing3rd-line support and working withconsultants andcustomer success teams on challenging projects.

Probably by now, you already have a good idea ofwho we are looking for, but here are some pointers:

• You have at least 3 years ofexperience as a Product Manager in a SaaS Product Company.

• You already have a good knowledge of APIs and integrations.

• You have ananalytical mind and are eager to figure things out.

• You can work effectively across teams to align and inspire internal/external stakeholders.

• You are agood communicator who can explain complex things in a simple way.

• You have a solid proficiency inEnglish (our company language) and a good working proficiency inDutch.

• Bonus points if you master technical tools and processes like Lucidchart, Figma and UML diagramming principles.
