Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Tester with strong expertise in performance engineering, application monitoring, and cloud observability. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for both API and UI-based applications using LoadRunner. The candidate should also have strong experience in monitoring application and infrastructure performance using AWS CloudWatch and Dynatrace, ensuring proactive identification of bottlenecks and performance optimization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

· Analyze performance requirements and define appropriate performance testing strategies.

· Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner.

· Conduct Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability testing.

· Perform end-to-end performance validation of Web, Mobile, and API applications.· Execute API performance testing and identify latency, throughput, and response time issues.

· Perform UI performance testing to evaluate user experience under varying load conditions.

· Monitor application and infrastructure health using AWS CloudWatch and Dynatrace during performance test executions.

· Analyze CPU, memory, disk, network utilization, and application-level metrics to identify bottlenecks.

· Correlate performance test results with monitoring insights to provide actionable recommendations.

· Develop performance dashboards, test reports, and executive summaries highlighting key findings and optimization opportunities.

· Collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

· Participate in release validation and production readiness activities.

· Support capacity planning, benchmarking, and performance tuning initiatives.
