Performance Project Manager – iGaming (Remote or Warsaw)

Location: Remote or Warsaw, Poland

We are recruiting on behalf of a client, a fast-growing performance-driven digital marketing company working withmultiple international iGaming brands across multiple markets.

They are looking for an experiencedPerformance Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and optimised for maximum ROI.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns acrossPaid Social, SEM/PMax and Programmatic.

• Coordinate media buyers, creative teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch smoothly.

• Ensure tracking, pixels and creative assets are properly implemented and aligned with platform requirements.

• Coordinate whitelisting processes across platforms includingGoogle, Meta, Snapchat and TikTok.

• Monitor budgets and media spend across multiple client portfolios, ensuring campaigns remain within targets and profitable.

• Work with data teams on weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting.

• Translate campaign data into clear and actionable insights.

• Continuously improve project workflows and introduce more efficient and automated processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience within a digital marketing agency or performance-focused in-house environment.

• Experience withiniGaming is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics includingFTD, CPA, CAC, ROAS and CTR.

• Good knowledge ofGoogle Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Programmatic advertising.

• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Comfortable translating technical performance data into clear business insights.

• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to react quickly to live campaign performance and market changes.

• Strong commercial mindset and attention to budgets, profitability and results.
