Job Summary:
- This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing programs that drive net-new Prime member acquisition across paid and owned channels.
- The Marketing Manager will partner cross-functionally with product, paid media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver measurable growth against acquisition and cost-efficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute acquisition marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, display/ADSP, and owned channels.
- Define channel strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets (signups, CPA, ROAS).
- Partner with paid media POCs and agency teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
- Develop and test creative, messaging, and audience strategies to improve conversion.
- Build and maintain measurement frameworks; report on KPIs and translate insights into action.
- Collaborate with product and analytics to identify new acquisition opportunities and audience segments.
- Manage budget forecasting, pacing, and monthly/quarterly business review inputs.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on customer acquisition / performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing paid channels (paid social, programmatic/DSP, paid search).
- Proven track record of owning budgets and hitting measurable growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in subscription or membership growth marketing.
- Familiarity with "Amazon DSP / ADSP" and cross-channel media planning.
- Experience partnering with creative and agency teams at scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication; experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience with A/B testing and incrementality measurement.
