About the Role
Join a B2B performance marketing team and take ownership of paid advertising accounts for a range of clients. You will build and optimize campaigns across major search and social platforms, using performance data to guide decisions and improve results.
What You'll Do
Manage advertising accounts end to end and make independent decisions about their strategy and growth.
Plan and build new advertiser accounts, getting up to speed quickly on complex industries and business needs.
Create, manage, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Monitor relevant campaign KPIs and act promptly to address inefficiencies or capture opportunities.
Develop deeper expertise in one or more advertising channels as your role and client needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
Relevant performance marketing experience, with a typical range of 1 to 6 years.
Strong proficiency in both Paid Search and Paid Social advertising.
German language proficiency at C2 level or native fluency.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience managing campaigns with monthly spend in the €10,000 to €100,000+ range.
Experience building and scaling advertiser accounts from scratch.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is €50,000 to €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.
