Location: Remote
Duration: 06 months contract
Job Details:
- provide analysis and development of specifications and review prepared programming specifications
- develop detailed system designs and review approved system designs with project team
- develop application code and review code that requires modification
- develop and coordinate technical implementation plan
- unit test application code and assist with system testing
- prepare and update all necessary documentation
- provide production support including on-call rotation and technical assistance to end-user and IT staff
- initiate suggestions for improvement to systems and procedures
Must Have Requirements:
- Strong technical experience related to development within the PeopleSoft ERP system. Experience using the PeopleSoft Application Designer (App Engine, App Packages, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Component Interface, PeopleCode, Page/Component)
- Experience with SQR
- Experience troubleshooting and testing Oracle/PeopleSoft ERPs (HCM/FMS)
- Experience using PeopleSoft Integration Broker and developing REST API web services
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting batch jobs
- Financials Reconciliation software experience (Accurate strongly preferred; Trintech or Frontier considered if SQL skills are exceptional).
- Expert-level SQL development experience, including creating and modifying: (Stored procedures, SSIS packages, SQL Server Agent jobs, Complex SQL and T?SQL queries)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills focused on SQL code accuracy and data validation
- SSRS report development and maintenance
- Experience with object?oriented concepts and design principles
- Understanding of SQL Server security configuration, including SQL logins, permissions, roles, and linked servers
- Willingness to work across multiple technologies beyond PeopleSoft, including modern tools and AI-driven solutions
Preferences:
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or other ERP financial applications
- Experience with additional programming languages such as: Python, PowerShell
- Experience supporting multiple enterprise applications in parallel
- Openness to exploring and adopting new technologies, including AI-based and non-Ai based automation
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $44.00-48.00 per hour.
