PeopleSoft DEIU / E-Invoicing Consultant

• France's September 2026 go-live is approximately 5 months away,creating urgency

• Phase 1 (Immediate): France e-invoicing implementation via PeopleSoft DEIU – discovery, design, build, go-live support

• Phase 2 (Near-Term): Germany expansion – different regulatory model, additional integration work

• Phase 3 (Future): Potential LATAM rollout – entirely new architecture for clearance-model countries

• Ongoing: Advisory on evolving EU mandates (Belgium, Poland, Spain, ViDA cross-border) as the client's footprint triggers new obligations

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years PeopleSoft Financials experience with specific DEIU implementation knowledge

• Hands-on experience with e-invoicing implementations (any country/region)

• Understanding of structured invoice formats: Factur-X, UBL, CII, XRechnung, ZUGFeRD

• Integration experience with third-party e-invoicing platforms (Sovos, Pagero, Comarch, Generix, or similar)

• Strong discovery and requirements-gathering skills – ability to lead initial client call

Strongly Preferred

• Direct experience with France PDP model or Germany XRechnung/ZUGFeRD implementation

• Knowledge of Chorus Pro, Peppol network, and/or SDI integration patterns

• Multi-country e-invoicing rollout experience

• Familiarity with EU ViDA directive and EN 16931 standard

• LATAM e-invoicing experience (Brazil NFS-e, Mexico CFDI) for potential Phase 3

Nice-to-Have

• PeopleSoft eBilling/eInvoicing module experience beyond DEIU

• Experience with AP-side e-invoicing (not just AR)

• Tax compliance or VAT advisory background

• Willingness to travel to client site as needed
