People Soft Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong PeopleSoft experience in any background (Development, Administration, Functional, DBA, etc.)
• Must be based in Canada
• Possess Security Clearance (Secret) or strong reliability with the ability to obtain clearance
• Strong soft skills and dependability in a long-term, client-facing environment
• Prior work experience at a client or in the client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Flexibility in role and adaptability to different PeopleSoft functions
• Experience in a public sector environment
• Long-term project engagement experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Engage with client teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Adapt to various PeopleSoft roles as needed
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and dependability
