Position Summary:

Essential Skills:

1. Analyze and manage PeopleSoft employee and contractor data feeds.
2. Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and: · Active Directory (AD) · Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) · SailPoint / Saviynt / IAM platforms · LDAP directories · ServiceNow and other downstream applications
3. Support identity lifecycle processes: · Joiner · Mover · Leaver (JML)
4. Perform attribute mapping, data transformation, and identity correlation.
5. Support AD account provisioning, synchronization, and migration activities.
6. Develop and troubleshoot interfaces using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, SFTP, and batch integrations.
7. Work with HR, IAM, Infrastructure, and Application teams during merger activities.
8. Support user migration, directory synchronization, and identity governance requirements.
