In-person interview required in Client NJ office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Technical Design/Development and Code Reviews

· Responsible for architecture liaison, design and development of business applications using PRPC V8.x.

· Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices defined by the team/organization/industry.

· Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V8.x tools and leads development activities in an Agile-SCRUM based work environment.

· Ability to translate business requirements into design/application builds and guide the development teams

· Performance tuning.

· Drives delivery of assigned tasks on schedule without compromising the quality.

· Leads and coordinates with cross teams in the project and promotes the use of best practices and tools.

· Build reusable Components and frameworks

· Enterprise Architecture Liaison

· Establishing coding/Design best practices & guidelines

EDUCATION:

· Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience.

Minimum and Preferred Experience/Skills

· 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in a technical leadership role.

· 6+ years in design and hands-on development experience in Pega PRPC.

· Pega CSSA / LSA certification is required. Pega V8.x experience is preferred.

· Should have hands on experience in developing PRPC / BPM applications.

· Good understanding and experience with integration tools and technologies such as BPM, Java, and Web services, ESB, JMS, XML, ETL in a J2EE environment. Java/J2EE certification is a plus.

· Understanding of DevOps (CI/CD/CT), Micro Services, AWS cloud based development with right agile mindset is required

· Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

· Advanced Oracle/SQL knowledge is highly desirable.

· Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills needed.
