Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PEGA Developer / PEGA Architect with prior project experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in PEGA BPM / PRPC, building and supporting large-scale, customer-facing applications in high-performance environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement PEGA applications using PEGA PRPC / BPM
Work on case management, workflow automation, and business process optimization
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into PEGA solutions
Integrate PEGA applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Provide production support and performance tuning for PEGA applications
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Ensure solutions meet Apple-grade security, scalability, and UX standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with PEGA PRPC / PEGA BPM
Experience in case management and decisioning
PEGA Certification: CSA / CSSA / LSA (preferred)
Strong understanding of PEGA rules engine and application design
Experience with system integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
Agile/Scrum development experience
Excellent communication and documentation skills
