Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking a highly experiencedPCAI Solution Enablement Engineer to lead solution-configuration engineering activities, Bill of Materials (BOM) and UCID development, technical impact assessments, and solution change coordination. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between architecture, engineering, factory operations, and delivery teams, ensuring solution configurations are accurate, scalable, deployment-ready, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PCAI solution configuration engineering and enablement activities.
• Develop, maintain, and validate solution configurations, BOMs, and UCID structures.
• Conduct technical impact analysis for solution modifications, enhancements, and change requests.
• Coordinate solution change management processes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Perform configuration validation, compliance checks, and reconciliation activities.
• Execute P2P (Plan-to-Production / Procure-to-Provision) reconciliation and consistency checks.
• Track, manage, and document change requests throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, operations, and factory teams to ensure deployment readiness.
• Support quoting, costing, and factory readiness activities by validating configuration and component requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, solution artifacts, and design records.
• Utilize GitHub, Claude Copilot, and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve engineering productivity and documentation quality.
• Provide guidance on solution governance, configuration standards, and architecture compliance.
• Support release planning, technical reviews, and solution implementation activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Solution and Functional Architecture (SAFA).
• Expertise in system architecture and solution configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with BOM (Bill of Materials) development and management.
• Experience with UCID development and configuration lifecycle processes.
• Configuration validation and compliance checking.
• Technical impact analysis and change management.
• P2P reconciliation and solution verification.
• Documentation management and solution governance.
• Factory readiness and quoting support processes.
• GitHub repository management and collaboration workflows.
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted tools such as Claude Copilot or similar engineering productivity platforms.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise solution architecture environments.
• Background in product engineering, manufacturing, telecom, infrastructure, or technology solution delivery.
• Experience supporting solution deployment, operational acceptance, and production readiness reviews.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and change governance frameworks.
