PBS Vendor Management Staff

Main Responsibilities:

1. Source, collect and evaluate qualified vendors for Logistics and Stevedoring operations, including heavy equipment providers, trucking companies, labor supply agencies.

2. Manage the end-to-end vendor registration process through the SIPS system.

3. Digitally and manage all procurement documentation, including Quotations, PO/SPK/WO, BAST and Delivery Notes.

4. Ensure all third-party vendor comply to Company's Code of Ethics and Business Conducts, Operation Guidelines and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment standards.

5. Maintain a good relationship with vendors/suppliers.

General Responsibilities:

- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

- Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

- Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Management/Logistics Management/Industrial Engineering/related field.

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in procurement.

- Strong negotiation, communication and able to work collaboratively.

- Experience in document control and management is preferred.
