Use Deltek ComputerEase software services to review time and labor allocations, process payroll-related transactions, and support payroll-to-job-cost accuracy.
- Prevailing Wage & Certified Payroll Compliance: Prepare, verify, and submit certified payroll reports and required prevailing-wage forms for covered public works projects within contract and agency deadlines. Use LCPtracker to enter labor details, complete certified payroll submissions, track acknowledgments or rejections, and correct exceptions.
- Payroll Accuracy, Audits & Controls: Audit payroll files, registers, employee setup, direct deposits, earnings, deductions, tax settings, and supporting approvals for completeness and accuracy. Reconcile payroll taxes, employee withholdings, benefit deductions, garnishments, net pay, and employer liabilities to reports and accounting records.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of hands-on payroll administration, preferably in construction, electrical contracting, or a multi-job environment.
- Practical knowledge of ComputerEase/Deltek payroll and job setup, or closely comparable construction ERP experience; direct experience strongly preferred.
- Experience preparing certified payroll and prevailing-wage documentation; working knowledge of LCPtracker strongly preferred.
- Ability to review payroll taxes, deductions, direct deposits, reconciliations, wage-and-hour records, and complex payroll files.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, careful confidentiality, dependable deadlines, and ability to communicate across field and office teams.
